Developing a business management simulation MMO, and I need someone to develop a game client that visualises the game world and all data. - Tile-based world with buildings (ref: SimCity, Transport Tycoon). Creation of 2.5D graphics, preferably "pixel art"-style but graphics quality is secondary to the lay-out of the interface (see next point) - Loads of data to display, most of which financial and statistical. This is the MOST IMPORTANT thing; you need to be able to visualize all this data in a number of screens, with graphs and charts, and you need to be able to analyze this data and define the best way to display it all, how many screens, how you will arrange them,... - A number of visual configuration popups (drag and drop configuration mostly) You will work alongside the server software developer to create the client and interface (not the communication layer - this will be developed by the server dev), there will be considerably less work on the client than on the server so you won't have work full-time and there may be periods that you will have to wait on the server development (all simulation of the actual game is run on the server, not in the client). However, I do expect you to be available quickly, even if the development is running low, in case certain things need to be changed fixed and we need to discuss this. The work isn't for right away, I would first need to know the cost to set an estimate for the crowdfunding campaign that would fund the project. For the same reason, please don't look at the project budget as I had to set it to something but any offer is good. If you want to know more about the project, of course don't hesitate to ask me - I don't have all the information about the project and the requirements ready at this time but I will answer all your questions as well as I can, and I'm open for a discussion on technical stuff (I'm not the expert - that's what I need you for).
