Website Design - Multiple future jobs for right designer

Hi, I am looking for 1 website to be built in the first instance however for the right freelancer this will lead to multiple future jobs. The sites will be for the UK market. I have had a freelancer let me down already on this project and therefore I am being much more selective on criteria before assigning another freelancer. In order to be suitable you must: 1. Have fluent communication skills in English -This means professional quality communication skills in written and spoken English. 2. You must be reliable and professional - This means if a deadline is set it has to be hit. All deadlines will be reasonable and will be agreed between parties, but if deadlines are not achieved I will immediately cancel the project unless there are good reasons. Clean Functionality 3. Responsive Web Design 4. Contact form required 5. SEO optimised with relevant submission to all Search Engines 6. Social Media Integration for Linked In 7. Have content management functionality For future assignments the typical brief will be as follows: 1. up to 20 pages in size 2. Clean Functionality 3. Responsive Web Design 4. Contact form required 5. SEO optimised with relevant submission to all Search Engines 6. Social Media Integration 7. Have content management functionality For the above brief work will normally be expected to completion within a 3 week period from starting, however all deadlines will be set at the start of the project. I need quotes for the following: Website with the brief described for the first website - cost for website 2 -10 websites built per year - cost per website with the brief for future assignments 11- 20 websites built per year - cost per website with the brief for future assignments 21- 30 websites built per year - cost per website with the brief for future assignments I will only review proposals that confirm the following details in the proposal: 1.
