Small Changes to PHP site

Hi there, I need to make a few changes to my site that is based on PHP and MYSQL. Please find the required changes below: 1)Under " Semi Commercial products", > Espresso machines> Under "Espresso machines" category we need to make the first category called "FAEMA CARISMA" When this page is created it should also be avaiable for the client to modify in his mysql database. 2)Under the category titled "Domestic Products" there is the sub category : "Espresso Machines" we need to remove the following 2 sub categories titled "La pavoni espresso top" and "Isomac Viper" 3)The client has a contact form on this page: [login to view URL] The problem with the contact form is that the message that the client receives doesn't make sense. There are many random letters and characters that get added into the sentences for no reason.
