Redesign a opencart shop

I want someone who is expert in open cart and php. 1. I want my shop to be redesigned with a relevant template or modify the design with a eye catchy look. 2. The home page should contain 5 featured product images in slider. 3. When registering new account only few fields should be used rest should be remove. ( first name, Last Name, email, Country, Password, Subscribe. (Note This is for every registering page including affiliate ) 4. The product images should be a bit larger. 5. In the checkout page there must be only single step or maximum second step page with a minimum field as possible, ( example I am a returning customer, Register Account, payment method and checkout direct. 6. There should be multilingual option and currency option. 7. The buy now and add to cart button should be below the product and the review should be on the right. 8. The color scheme should be very good and easy to read and view. 9. The affiliate option should work properly and should be easy to understand by the user, there should be some banner and test ads added to the affiliate tool. It should have a page named promotional banners the affiliate code should be auto inserted and it should give all the option codes for posting in forum , html banner ads etc. 8. The website should load faster. 9. All the error must be tested and corrected with cross browser compatibility.
