hi, i'm looking to build a real estate website with the following functionality: 1. listing properties (similar to [login to view URL]). a. when listings are saved, it automatically pushes listing to [login to view URL], [login to view URL] (and have a few others using REA XML format) b. ability to export in excel format c. ability to print nice pdf format 2. buyer/renter alerts (user registers to mailing list) 3. CMS - ability to add new content pages eg. about us, faq, contact form 4. polls/questionaires 5. directory listing (special section which allows suppliers to advertise) + custom enquiry form 6. enquiry form 7. ad/banner placements - ability to add/update/delete 8. mobile friendly (please quote for responsive site) 9. integration with google maps and google analytics 10. administration of property types, email marketing (newsletter) campaigns, property alerts 11. track and obtain statistics on property listings 12. livechat feature integrated The backend will consist of a CRM component with features: 1. manage (add/update/delete) leads, contacts, suppliers, and types (status, lead type, contact types), with ability to export these lists 2. website enquiries will automatically go into leads list 3. each agent has a separate login and dashboard 4. generate reports (standard CRM sales reports) 5. possible integration with outlook or similar email program 6. intelligently recommends certain properties to clients other requirements: 1. design will be provided in psd format, to be used to develop responsive site (similar to [login to view URL] in design but with more functionality) 2. ideally something already built - easily customisable, using php, mysql 3. hosted on our server - to be installed, or showed how to install 4. user guide and training documentation provided on handover 5. must be available to do further tweaks, bug fixes, additional features in the future (ongoing) please state the cms/crm you will be customising. if you have previously done something similar, you will be highly regarded
