Joomla 3 Site finalization

Hi Everyone, I’m looking for a Joomla, PHP, Ajax,JavaScript and Google API expert to help us complete a real estate project we've been building. The site is nearly completed, but still requires some outstanding bug fixing and tweaks. I've included below a list of edits we need. - Image alignment issues - Google Maps integration is working, but needs a few tweaks to layout and functionality - Search Engine Friendly URLs. ** When searching for properties, results are being displayed through ajax. URLs should update dynamically when searching. - Layout spacing and alignment throughout the template ( CSS ) - Custom Graph calculator. We have 3 graphs on our homepage which is calculated with the data we have in our database with our algorithm. Tweaks to these formulas are required. - Page Speed. Some of our pages are loading a little slow and require to be optimized. - When browsing a property details page, the back button does not return you to the previous page. I believe this is related to AJAX. - mobile responsive tweaking. The site is already mobile responsive, but has a few alignment issues. Thanks
