Finish Website Layout

Our client has a website that requires a new layout.
They want to keep the existing background (attached example) which goes full screen.
They have a hand written style logo which we can provide that needs to go at the top and we just need a stage area designed for all the content to go on.
Also want a footer area with menu as illustrated in the attached file.
There needs to be a jquery image slider underneath the main content block where you can see at least 4-5 thumbnails at a time.
We will provide the logo, background file (1900px wide) and link to the existing website.
The layout will then need to be converted to html/css.
