21894 Graphic Designer needed

Looking for a Graphic designer who can create websites in Mambo/Joomla (needs to have expertise in these) We have 5 sites that need either re-done or done. They need to have a similarity (since they are all from the same company) but need to have their own 'personality'. Have enclosed a template that we have developed to show you the design and our tastes. We have the required images and/or access to images. Here are the general requirements: - Be available (if you are too busy, please let us know) - Respond to queries (we try to be as clear as possible, but if you need clarifications please let us know asap) - Deliver on the times and dates promised. Always. - We have ongoing work and you must be available to do them. - Should be able to create designs based on the requirements given (we try to be as clear as possible) and come up with ideas on how better something can be presented graphically. - Technical requirements: - Graphic designer - Should be able to work with Flash easily - Colours: you need to understand the colours well and the impact they have on the designs. Selection criteria: - Your designs: we need to see the tastes you have. We already have some designs for some brochures and articles, and we require you to design the articles etc based on those designs. - Your rating on this site. - Competitiveness Will pay on completion of the first draft. Payment through this site or Paypal or the only options for the present and future payments. If you are OK with the above, pls contact me via PMB with a price to do a website and to re-do a website.
