Rewriting 5000 words

Hi, 

We are looking for a talented writer to rewrite text for an e-book for managers (about 5,000 words, or ten pages). Reward is 70 dollars, please do not bid any higher than this.  
Requirements:

 - previous experience in writing articles, books or e-books, preferably for managers
- delivery within a week from acceptance
 - native Western English-speaker -- workers from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc. DO NOT BID!
This is NOT a spinning job. We expect professionally written texts, and will ask for edits if the quality is not satisfactory. 
Instructions:

 1) Write easy to read and legible text. Use short sentences and words that managers can relate to.
 2) Drastically alter the original text. You can change the order of sentences, numbers in examples, and other details. Make it your text; do NOT just change a few words here and there.
 3) Maintain the original point of each sentence and chapter. The point should stay the same as in the original text, so that the information is valuable for managers. 4) Keep important industrial jargon: For example, do not change concepts such as "key performance indicators". It is important that managers are able to relate to the text, so important concepts cannot be changed. 5) Do not use contractions: "They've" should be "They have", and so on. 6) Rewrite all quotations: "According to John, 3D printing is the future" should become "3D printing is often said to be the future", or such. Remove all personal names (e.g., John Steinbeck). (You will receive further instructions in a separate document.) 

We require that the writer use Text Match ([login to view URL]) as an indicator of similarity between original text and your rewritten text.  However, the similarity percentage of Text Match is just an indicator of originality of the text. Sometimes it can show a high number even though the text has been well re-written. Instead of just looking at the similarity, what we expect is that the writer in his own words expresses the idea of each sentence, without losing the meaning. However, do not lose important industry terminology in the process – the text you write is intended for managers, so they need to find concepts there they are comfortable with. 
Formatting of the delivered text file:

- Times new roman, 12 pt
- headlines: standard Word H1 and H2
- single row spacing
- no hyperlinks, images or anything else. Just text formatted in this simple way.
- DO NOT hyphenate.
- technical jargon, such as acronyms, must be kept unchanged. - you can use bolding to highlight important points (this is much appreciated). Finally, if you have questions regarding the style, tone or choice of words, do not hesitate to ask before submitting your work. In your bid, indicate that you have read and understood the instructions. We will ask for revisions if the quality of the work is not satisfactory.
