I'm designing a modular spell system similar to Diablo 2, and I need help.
Basically I want to take every aspect of every spell/ability in Diablo 2 and make it into a component-based system for my Unity game.
You will be responsible for designing 30 spells. There will be some re-iteration on them. Format is CSV with YAML inside some cells. I've attached the initial outline. Help me make this great!

Please explain why you think you can come up with the modular system. Ideally you have experience with this and it won't take long. Budget is under $250. Ideally $100.
