Roblox design & dev squad

I'm looking for a team of people to build an adventure/fantasy Roblox game based on my children's book 'The Ten Riddles of Eartha Quicksmith'. Ideally I want a ready-made, UK-based team who can design, script and deliver the final product together, rather than having to source individuals for coding, GUI etc. as I don't have a lot of spare time. But happy to consider other alternatives. Also happy to lead the team but I am not a dev so excellent communication will be very important; it would be better for me if one of the team took the role of leader to update me on progress. The team should be able to work to a written brief (it's very thorough and detailed at around 20 pages long), and we could have additional online meetings as needed. I would be delighted to work with a team who will offer ideas for improvement based on the Scope of Work as the project progresses. The game is moderately complex and includes: - 8 buildings that can be entered plus additional non-building locations - currency and shop - 4 skillsets with multiple levels - 5 perspectives of the game (walking, flying ground level, flying treetops, flying rooftops, flying skytops) - a large register of found and created items - combine items - multiple NPCs Team members should be A-level age and up. I have a moderate budget; can also offer additional percentage profit for the right team. Brief available on request once I've been able to see your credentials and portfolio. The game has a lot of scope for future development if it proves successful. This work would be well suited to university students who are studying programming/design, and/or who have some solid experience in developing Roblox games.
