Game Host Control Panel - repost

I am looking someone to program an host administration CP for a gaming server in PHP.

The control panel should be able to :

- Duplicate a server template, there will be a couple of templates to choose from (separate folders).

- Start/Stop/Basic Management of a running server (examples will be provided).

- Edit config files (XML & TXT) of a specified server.

- Server status.

- Auto-restart script (in case of crash)

- Configurable script, can be adapted to multiple machines.

- Can handle multiple game servers.

So basically

Page 1 : choose your task (1:create 2:manage)

Page 2 : server creation (pick your template)

Page 3 : server list (with start/stop/restart shortcut (to do) + start/stop/restart addon (already done))

Page 4 : server management (start, stop, restart, edit configs, upload script(optional)

Additional Infos :

- Do not need to be secure, will only be accessed by me.

- I am running in a Linux CentOS 5 - php - mysql environment.

- Do not need any design, I need something that is functional and fast to use.

- My goal is to reduce maintenance.

- YOU NEED TO KNOW PHP AND LINUX SCRIPTING (required)

- The game is Trackmania Forever (united and nation are the same)

It looks complicated, but it's very simple. Just a few Bash scripts backed by PHP.
