i am looking for somebody who can create games similar to the flash based casino style games, using visual studio / visual basic. or a 100% flash / web based design. This program has to be a mix of visual basic / visual studio or be a web based management system with flash games. i want a visual basic app or a nice web based app to be the management system for the database and the users. I want to access the web based games through the visual basic or web based management console. the management console must meet requirements below Requirements the program must be able to keep a database of all users, point balances for each user as well as login information until they are physically deleted by an admin. The game must have an administrative control panel which will allow an administrator to add or subtract points for any user. as well as lookup / edit any users account information ( address, name etc..) program must track player time like a lan cafe the program / game must allow admins to know when players will win, but not be able to change the odds. However an admin should be able to increase or decrease the rate of bonuses / free spins and be able to know when they will hit.
