I have 15+ years of management consulting projects across F-500 companies - 16 years with Accenture Strategy, planning, and leading multinational transformation projects, including M&A.
In all of these projects, there were massive data crunching and leadership reporting that I had to prepare. Here are a couple of examples:
• Guided the Valuation team at Jonhson & Johnson, providing inputs from Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR in a multi-million dollar transformation. The Valuation model was conceived under my direct guidance and included all costs associated with the transformation program (org design, FTE, any in-flight projects across the world that would bring financial impacts, etc.), organizational impacts to J&J employees, and market reassessment. The program delivered a 30% reduction of total costs ($300M off $1B annual spend) and a financial model which included market analysis (competitors, new products, threats/opportunities, etc.);
• Transformation lead at Kraft-Heinz: responsible to redesign the Finance function at Heinz, preparing it for an imminent merger. At that point, there were a few options on the table (it ended up being Kraft) so the internal transformation has to happen in order to increase Heinz's valuation. A robust model was built and managed during the transition, incorporating financial data, market analysis, and estimated company value.
I'm based in NYC and willing to be in person in NJ if needed.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Bruno
