We are a direct mailing company looking for an off site data processor for our overflow mailing lists. You would receive mailing lists and a list of processing needs in Excel format via email. You would reformat the data to conform to postal addressing standards, and fix any data issues in Excel and then download the mailing list into Mail Manager 2010 software for further reformatting, Cass Certification, NCOA, merge and purge, sorting for presorted first class, standard, and periodical mailings. This would be ongoing on an as-needed basis with a significant need for your services in the months of October, November, and December.
