I am trying to calculate shipping fees of products based on weight and dimensions. In addition to the basic fees based on weight, there are fees for oversized or overweight items.
The rules for that are;
Packages will also incur a Carrier imposed, “Additional Handling” charge ($10.50), which shall be added to the Program’s rate calculation at time of shipment for any package that exceeds the following limitations:
Any item with one dimension measuring over 60 inches, but equal to or less than 108 inches along its longest side.
Any item dimensions measuring greater than 30 inches along its second‐longest side
Additionally, FedEx SmartPost and UPS Mail Innovations packages will also incur a Carrier imposed, USPS “non‐machineable” charge ($2.25), which shall be added to the Program’s rate calculation at time of shipment for any package that exceeds the following limitations:
Any item with one dimension measuring over 34 inches.
Any item with two dimensions each measuring more than 17 inches.
Any item weighing over 35 lbs.
Thanks to some help here yesterday, I was able to get a formula for the final three items. I still need help with the first two.
What I need from you is either a) [preferable] a single formula that takes all 5 into account or b) a formula that solves the first two and then also cancels out the reults of the last three. I do not need to charge 10.50 AND 2.25.

Hi. I have done one formula that takes into account all 5 conditions. Just clarify one thing for me. On the first condition, can the >60 inch condition be on the longest side or should this be on the other two sides?
