In this entry-level role,you will be the first point of contact for our customers and engage with them on [login to view URL] media and chat,Our editors answer a variety of questions from returns, Exchanges ,lost packages,to questions surrounding our products and the company , Our editors are strong representations of HRA Pharma Mission,Values and voice, As a good team editor, You will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a larger support team , responsibilities include but are not limited to; -Opening customer accounts by recording account information. -Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem. -Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. -Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. -Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. -Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. -Resolving customer complaints via phone, email. -Using telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. -Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. -Taking payments information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.`
