REPOSTING A JOB.
Creative Ideas Constructions is seeking the assistance of a qualified bookkeeper to assist in reparatory and ongoing work with the companies accounts.
Initial work
1. Reconciling up to 4000 entries over a 3yr period. Statements will be supplied and access granted to my Xero account to see what’s require prior to agreeing to the job.
2. Work closely with the director to establish the wages for the director and 1 other employee.
3. Complete and prepare all the quarterly BAS statements for 3yrs in Xero (once the accounts have been reconciled).
4. Set up and instruct the director how to add employees to the system and generate time sheets each week.
Ongoing work
1. Reconcile accounts each week.
2. Prepare and complete quarterly BAS statements.
3. Have accounts ready for year end tax statements for accountant.
The consultant MUST be
1. Proficient in XERO (preferably advisor level).
2. Familiar with Australian Tax Laws.
3. Be prepared to work closely with the owner.

Payment
Job will be listed in 2 parts.
1. Reparatory work will be listed and capped at $450US.
2. Ongoing assistance will be listed and capped at $10/hrUS
