Create MS access database for sheet metal job shop to track jobs and material

We are a small sheet metal fabrication job shop that need a access database system to track production of customer parts / projects through multiple production stages. We have started a design for an access database and we need an expert to finish it. We need to be able to enter orders, and track different stages of the manufacturing process. Need to have the database be able to be updated by multiple employees at our facility form multiple work stations. There will be aprox 7 different employee workstation both in the office and in the production facility to update jobs as they progress. We need to have each user with its own username and password for security. Jobs will be entered in the office and a workorder will be generated. We will need to be able to print out the work order so it can move with the parts through the facility for easy tracking. We will need to have a database with customer information and need to be able to add new customers as they are acquired. We will also need to be able to look and see what jobs are currently open and at what stage they are currently at. We will also need to see which employee has updated the progress as it moves through the production plant. We also need to make a section for material inventory to track the material we use for producing to products and have a reorder point for each different material so once it drops below said level we are notified to reorder more material. As most of the updating will be done on the production floor we would like at all possible for the screens to be designed where they will be easy to update use a touchscreen and not the keyboard or mouse. I have attached the database we have created. This will be a good starting point but will need to be fine tunes and finished.
