Building Check List

Building Check List I require a user friendly intuitive check list to be able to check off items so as to create a record of the check and produce a 'Request for Information', (RFI) list/letter Currently the checklist is based on Microsoft excel - (see attached file) - with a Heading / brief explanation of item / three checkbox columns (Further Info Required- Not Required- OK) a drop down response field and the predefined entries for the drop down list in the cells to the far right. 1 -The project is to create a user friendly intuitive check list to be able to check off items so as to create a record of the check and produce a 'Request for Information', (RFI) list/letter with as few user inputs/actions/processes as possible 2- If possible the checking of the F/info checkbox would auto fill the RFI response field with predefined text and highlight the field in a color, a concise letter/list of the highlighted RFI items would then be created preferably in a word document if possible?. 3- Then upon us receiving the listed RFI items we would be check them off against the highlighted checklist and the highlighted color would be removed, leaving a record of the item required but also noting that it has been supplied (maybe by checking the 'OK' checkbox??) 4 if all of the RFI items have not been supplied a second RFI letter to be produced 5 -a client details input field will also be required 6 - As the check list is being scrolled through it would be good to have the headings eg 'section / Item / F/info/ N/R/OK etc remain on the screen 7 - You have freedom to design and use ideas, formatting etc etc to achieve the required result Thanking you Darren
