Battery runtime calculator

I need someone familiar with dependent drop downs and data table lookup to help me complete a calculator I'm working on that I just don't have time to figure out how to complete. The data tables are already entered and the first drop down created, just need someone more familiar and with more time than me to wrap this up.
It would be helpful if they have any electrical background for the final calculations otherwise, I just need someone good with Excel that can do dependent drop down menus and then pull data from a table based on the drop downs selected. that value will then become part of an electrical formula calculation. I've already done a majority of it but don't have time to figure out the dropdowns and lookups.
Ultimately I am trying to develop a calculator that will tell me the amount of battery backup time on a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply System) when a specific size and characteristic of UPS is selected versus battery properties that can pulled from a data table taken from the battery manufacturer's data sheets
