Develop a woocommerce plugin

- The plugin must provide an admin page, listing all orders that are not in "completed" or "cancelled" status.
- The user can select all or only some of the orders and export them as csv or xml format.
- The exported xml must be loaded by ftp on a specified location, the csv must be download by user.
- The exported fields are about user details and order details.
- Fields in the csv are different from that in the xml.
- The plugin must be multilingual english/italian. A .po file will be created by you and translated by us.
- A detailed record layout and requirements document will be provided upon project assignment.
