I have been a Freelancer for the past 4+ years handling projects such as Data Entry, Admin and a few areas in Sales and Marketing. Before then, I worked 4 years at a law firm doing the duties of a Receptionist, Office Attendant, Legal Clerk and Personal Assistant. We are a start up center. We currently have outbound MCA call and we are looking for inbound campaigns. We have softphones, xlite and the likes. Our team is also experienced in inbound calls. We will do daily report and would not hassle you. We currently have 4 experienced agents. We can hire additional if you like.
