Stress analysis on CATIA of a modified concrete toboggan with dolly wheels

We need to run analysis on our design. The shaft supporting the rear dolly wheels needs to be analyzed along with the bearings attached on it. The clamps supporting the dolly wheels need to be analyzed. The custom features added onto the steering system (diamond plates, U-bolts, etc) need to be analyzed. When I say analyzed it means to check if it will actually work, so determine the approximate forces acting on it, stress, run some stress analysis on it, whatever you have to do that can validate that the design is feasible and will work. (ALL OF THIS HAS TO BE DONE ON CATIA) Also sample calculations are needed of forces and stresses acting at the above components.(an excel program would be ideal)
The only known parameters are the total weight (1500lbs) and approximate braking force to be applied.
The brake is a solid block of wood that is operated by a lever which drops and generates friction to stop the toboggan.
