Hi, I have good experience on MTBF calculation. MTBF will be performed based on your requirement which environment, temp, derating as per the MIL 217F and MIL 27Plus. We will use windchid predition software to predit the MTBF. If you want we can do with excel also. Good experience on Circuit analysis.
