I have latest Siemens TIA portal available. I think you have missed being clear in some points in translation - it looks a like English is not your first language - is this true? Some of the words you use seem confused. But that is Ok we can work through it. 1: Do you actually need someone to go to Ghana? Please clarify what you need. 2: WHY are you now asking for a programmer? This seems late in the project. 3: What is the network type? Modbus is mentioned, but is this Modbus TCP/IP? If it is Siemens why haven't you used Profibus or Profinet? 4: What is the SCADA/HMI platform? 5: BMS in Australia means Burner Management System is this what BMS means to you? 6: What do you mean by scheduling mechanism? Do you have 13 burner systems and you want a means of selecting how much each is used? 7: In the comms (item 2) you mention generator, UPS and other. What are these items? Can I have details at this time? With all of these items is there 1 plc controlling the overall plant - a master PLC? If not then what controls all these other items or are they simply linked direct to the SCADA/HMI 8: Since they are already installed do you have the I/O list for these PLCs? When can they be made available? 9: You mention deliverables - do you have a list of deliverables and can I have it at this time? Lots to clarify, but to clarify is good.
