Dear Ma'am/ Sir,
I am interested in applying as a Contractor of my own company for your business needs. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education Major in English. As a 2005 graduate of Centro Escolar University, I had student teaching experience on the third and fourth year level, in an urban school district in Manila.
A passion for, and some knowledge of English language created an opportunity for me to work in call center companies in the Philippines where I handled different accounts of US, Australia and UK based companies. These call center positions allowed me to further develop my communication skills in English and knowledge in some cultures like UK, Australia and USA.
I have worked in several companies with different campaigns both in Inbound and Outbound accounts. I have handled outbound/ inbound account for an Accounting software company based in the US. I became a technical support associate of RCA and GE products. I was an account executive of a US based telecommunications provider that catered in the UK. I have processed orders and refills of prescription medications of clients in the US through cold calling and eventually had my own list of loyal clients. I have handled email concerns of customers of one of the largest US based online DVD rental companies, where I answered several issues on billing, inquiries, orders, shipment, credit card problems and damaged products.
After years of working in the industry, I worked as a Trainer Consultant of a call center training school in Manila where I trained aspiring call center agents then help them land a job in different BPO industries here in the Philippines.
These experiences aided me to establish a Training Center in Antipolo City (Rizal Province) through the help of my previous employers and friends. My goal and the company is to assist our community in building up responsible citizens by coaching them and training them to become good customer service agents and sales people through our call center programs.
I also became an ESL teacher at English 11 One on One tutorial, which enabled me to provide Korean students with a "head start" in mastering basic skills in English.
It is my goal to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, intelligent individual who will make a positive contribution to your company. I would welcome an interview and hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience.
