We want to build a betting site for a new game. We would need a full stack development using Elixir or Erlang. The freelancer has to have experience from betting site build. Would also need to produce the graphics of the site and the gaming graphics. Timeframe is the sooner it can be for delivering a solid work. It will be only ONE payment at the end of the project when everything works fine. No milestones in between at all.
