prototype PCB schematics firmware and production support

I would like to develop a small PCB and get it produced Since I am not a professional, I will need some guidance in developing. I ask for help for: 1- electronic schema development for a small household appliance (in positive case, I must be able to pass CE quality certification): - optimal solution have to be checked together; - simple testing firmware included (eg: C, Lua,... I have already coded some working example); - files available for further use (eg: for KiCad); 2- prototype PCB produced in small testing series (about 10pcs: lesser or more, according to optimal prices): - suggestions are welcome: if You know a very good producer You already have worked with; - of course, these costs will be separatedly covered by me, independently from Your help on Freelancer; 3- delivered (short shipping duration: about 10days at convinient prices): - suggestions are welcome; - these costs will be separatedly covered by me; 4- PCB must be delivered by the end of January 2019. In case of positive results, this project will be further developed with: - an Android/iOS App (to discuss later); - production at about 1000 pieces per year: - components must be choosen to be cost affordable for this end; - optimal decision must be met on this first planning phase; - ideally, PCB producer and shipping should be the same tested at points 2 and 3. I require: A- No Disclosure Agreement (NDA); B- Intellectual property (IP) standard statement, as formulated by Freelancer.com. Further information will be detailed later. Thank You
