PCB design of OBD-II unit with 3G modem

Make a PCB design and prototype of an OBD-II unit with 3G modem build in.

The following hardware elements must be implemented in the design:

- OBD-II driver elemenent (preferably, but not restricted to [url removed, login to view])

- Microprocessor powerfull enough to run a small linux OS.

- Memory (RAM/ROM)

- 3G modem with build in antenna and GSM fallback for use in Euro Zone (900/2100mhz)

- Bluetooth

- Small battery for 1 hour standby

- Powersupply

- GPS

- Accelerometer

- Adapter for micro-usb for programming and charging

- Adapter for sim/micro-sim card

- Adapter for OBD-II connection

Size of board:

- Maximum 5x4cm in printlayout. Preferably smaller.

Other requirements:

- PCB files must be delivered and approved ready for production

- Minumum one working prototype must be delivered with a linux OS pre-installed.

- All used components must be approved

- All used components must be available in Europe from online shops located in Europe.

- Selected components must not cost more than 25 Euro to purchase

- Instruction in how to connect to the linux OS and pre-program the microprocessor must be delivered.

If some of the components can be combined in one chip this is preferable, but not a must.
