Design Electronic Circuit

Hi, Can you describe to me the details about voltage detection part? is it AC or DC voltage? and your voltage specification we're going to detect. we can simply use ATMEGA328 for hardware side, so we can program it under Arduino environment where we can simply use Modbus library provided by Arduino. Then using RS485 to communicate with Modbus. That's my plan. Let me know your thoughts. I have 8 years experience as hardware and firmware developer.
