We need an electrical engineer with experience in designing circuits and wiring for home appliances. In essence our circuit is very simple: we need to connect a 110 / 220v propeller (which needs a condenser to startup) with a 1000W resistance which includes a thermostat and 2 sub-circuits: one 100W and the other one 900W, that are activated with a switch. It is crucial to have demonstrable experience in designing the wiring for ready to market home applaices that need to obtain CE and RoHS certification and also it would be appreciated knowledge about special electrical regulation for UK and USA to operate in humid environments.
