Hello there! I was informed about this project by a close friend of mine and was extremely excited to get in contact about your book. As you may be able to see, I specialise in undertaking research projects and compiling them into a range of formats. This project jumps out at me as cooking is close to my heart and has taken me around the world volunteering through Workaway in various countries. Therefore, I believe I would be able to bring something special to this eBook, combining my research skills with my existing multicultural food knowledge to create something special. I would be willing to create and photograph some of the recipes myself (sadly not enough time for all 58). Have you any thoughts on the structure of the ebook? any varying themed chapters?
