Hello, I have worked with Ebay's API using both Python and C# and 25000 listings is certainly doable but you may run into call limits if done too fast, so it would be best to do it periodically leaving the app run in the background and log all failed uploads. Then do a second pass, etc. I can write the complete tool or guide you through the process.
