MES Software Development for NC Machining

This project takes the product manufacturing of a factory CNC machining center as a typical production mode to realize the planning and real-time control of the production execution process. Project contents include: technical data management, process design and planning, production system planning, execution, monitoring and early warning, advanced scheduling and real-time scheduling, production process quality system and control, real-time logistics control and real-time cost transfer analysis and control in production system, quality monitoring and statistical analysis, production process. Quality system management and traceability system, blanking management and material utilization control in blanking workshop, rapid quotation and time limit estimation, engineering and delivery management. Interface with FANUC CNC Controller and other brand Controller in China. realize OPC protocol , data acquisition and management of plant equipment . Compatible with the PDM and ERP system interface being used by the company, a comprehensive information system with the production process execution control is established.
