Hi David, I have more than 11 years of experience in VB and Crystal Reports. My solution is to migrate the application to latest VB .NET/C# and latest Crystal Reports versions. So, that it will work seamlessly in future versions of Windows. I had did a similar migration for 2 applications for Bank of America during my full time job at Tata Constancy Services.
