Convert PostgreSQL dump file into MSSQL

I need two PostgreSQL dump files to be converted to MSSQL databases. The files can be found here: [url removed, login to view] (732 MB) [url removed, login to view] (57 MB) The resulting DB file will be an MSSQL DB file that will be uploaded to server that I can access and download.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
