I was a Technical Support Engineer for Zoho CRM and primarily into Escalation, Product Support, Business development of CRM consultants, technology partners, VARs & MSP’s from December 2012 to September 2018
I have worked from home, so I understand the unique challenges it brings, and the degree of self-motivation it requires.
I’m a computer literate highly, being experienced in Customer Relationship Management Softwares, Antivirus Softwares, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to name but a few. I am also very quick to get to grips with new systems and software.
