Need ability to track bonus performance pay. Flagging of payment due dates or a report option, need to track payments made vs due. Ability to deduct if warranty or rework to future bonus if project has already been paid out. We are an excavation contractor, our project managers are performance based paid. we will pay bonuses on a project according to the "performance bonus plan" we need the ability to track when payments are do to the project managers. The tricky part is if they qualify for a bonus and are paid out in part or full and they have to go back to the job to perform "warranty work or rework" they will be penalized and have thier bonus recalculated per the "performance bonus plan." We will need to track bonus paid, bonus due, and if warranty work arises have that recalculate the bonus and apply it to future bonus payouts if they had been paid out on that particular job.
