I need a search tool, which will find on the internet various data of hotels, hospitals, and others, who may be my client.
I need to set up a database for prospecting clients.
I need to find the company name, location, phone and email.
And then I need a tool that sends emarketings to these customers.

1)The search tool should have the option to choose what will be sought, such as hotels, laundries, hospitals....
2) It should allow to choose the location where it will be searched (city, state or even countries)
3) You must present a spreadsheet with the result of the search with the name, address, telephone, website, email
4) Must have a way to pass this worksheet to an excel format
5) Must have a tool for sending e-marketing to these customers, but in a way that is not recognized as spam
