Looking for Call Sale Agents – Calling businesses locally in Dallas, Texas
Average 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
Duties -
Communicates with customers using the telephone and inputs customer information on spreadsheet and turned in daily
Provides prompt, courteous, personalized, and attentive service to all customers
Complies fully with all applicable information security guidelines
Minimum Requirements -
Call Center experience preferred
Skill in customer relations, including the ability to remain composed and patient with customers
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Highly self-motivated and self disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
Fearless, positive attitude, and willingness to be accountable for sales results
Skill in active listening, understanding others, and problem resolution
Experience working with a personal computer, including spreadsheets
Achieve weekly and monthly sales
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus but not required
Must be able to work the following shifts: 7am to 11am central time zone, break, then resume from 1pm to 5pm. Part time shifts available as well: 7am to 11am, or 1pm to 5pm central time zone.
Very competitive compensation -full commission pay of 40% of collected sales plus bonus scale - paid weekly
