Looking for a P/T office assistant to support our growing team.
Ideal candidate is energetic and reliable, a self starter as well as a team player and can take on small routine tasks with as much enthusiasm and dedication as larger more interesting ones.
Must be comfortable with office work as well as assisting with variety of non office tasks (errands, banking)
Weekday hours are flexible, no weekends or evenings, looking for 15-24hrs week
Qualifications and Experience
*Experience with excel and/or quickbooks
*Valid drivers license, reliable car with proof of insurance, clean driving record
*Great communication skills - able to take initiative, not afraid to ask questions
*Organized and able to manage multiple tasks from beginning to end. Exceptional follow through and task tracking skills
*Prioritize and work independently and efficiently while paying attention to details
*Willing to do a background check
*Hospitality experience a plus
