JOB DESCRIPTION - Inbound project, attending calls in German language from native speakers from Switzerland with the purpose of identifying the reason of the call and solving the situation that the clients are presenting to us; - Reaching the quality levels of the service and the objectives of the project; - Successfully applying the specific communication techniques acquired in the training period; - Communication and permanent Skype reporting with the team coordinator. - 8 hour schedule, in the 08:00 – 22:00 interval UTC + 2 BENEFITS - Work from home possibility at the same time as being part of a young, dynamic team with development possibilities; - Fixed income of 1.000 $ - Performance based commission.
