A small business company – mostly office supply and electronics retailer – based in the US is looking for an accountant to registry taxes in Canada and fill all the necessary forms GST/HST) on a quarterly basis.
We work in retail business and sell through Amazon (it's important). We found out that as far as our product is on the Canadian territory. in Amazon fulfillment centers (warehouses) we need to pay GST/HST although we're paying taxes in the US as an American company.
I need to stress it: we sell only via Amazon so there are no books to keep.
So all we need is:
– registering GST/HST;
– filling all the needed forms for these taxes.
Looking for someone who has experience working with Amazon sellers, small business and taxes.
The rate is discussable.
