I have 3 directories of names and contact information that I need put into a single databse with consistent format. There are approximately 216, 128 and 130 records in the 3 for a total of around 474. You can enter these manually, or if possible, scan and convert them with some software (if possible to do accurately). My main goal is to have it done 100% accurately, and quickly. Please let me know which method you will use, how much time you need, and of course the cost. Note that you must put some kind of quality control/double check in place - if there are more than 5 errors (spelling or incorrect data), I will not pay for the job and will have to move it elsewhere. I am attaching a file with 1 page from each directory so you can see they are all different layouts, as well as the destination Excel file and format fo the fields I need them put into. Thanks!
