Our business operates an e-commerce website that showcases products from hundreds of retailers who are members of our service.
The job requires a Data Entry person to obtain product information from nominated member websites, input the data into an excel spreadsheet and save/rename images in preparation for Import. The job will be an ongoing one.
Step-by-step instructions will be provided along with style and product guides for your reference. The main steps you would be expected to carry out are as follows:
1. Browse the nominated member website and identify if a product is suitable for our website (ie can fit within one of the existing categories)
2. Check that the product is not already in our existing catalogue from that retailer
3. For suitable products, copy and paste the required information (Product Name, Product Description, Price, Dimensions, Weights, Images, Category and Available Colours. ) into the appropriate columns in the excel spreadsheet
