I will try and explain firstly what my business is and what I require in a CRM to manage it. I have a football business; we offer scouted trial events throughout the school holidays £99 per person We also have our own teams that pay subs each month. £45.00 per calendar month. High level coaching one to ones £35.00 per session. We will be expanding to pitch hire, holiday clubs, football parties. All my leads come through social media Facebook predominantly Instagram some on our YouTube channel and then there’s my website that does track abandoned carts but that’s it. And I do get email leads too. All my contacts and people who enquire are scattered over Facebook, email, what’s app, text message’s calls and emails. As the business is expanding and in turn growing, I can’t keep track, my football team details are just on an a4 sheet typed out. I need an internal system that can track leads so I can re target people, track my existing customer’s and place them in the correct products: ie the teams need to be somewhere so I can keep track of payments and team turnover etc… I need a user-friendly calendar system so myself and my team know what events are happening on what days.
