Build a Contact List of Local Businesses

I need certain information about local businesses for my marketing efforts. If hired, you will search the internet using legal, open sources to acquire this information. I am interested in information on the following businesses: -Restaurants/Coffee Shops -Bars/Lounges/Night Clubs -Specialty Food Stores (like natural food stores and bakeries, not convenience stores or full-line grocery stores) I am looking for local, small businesses, not national chains. If the business has more than 2 locations, I do not want you to add them at this time. For each business, I am looking for the following data elements: -Business Name -Business Phone Number -Street Address -City -Website -Facebook Use -Facebook Likes -General Manager Name or Owner Name (or both) -Business email (from their web page if any) This requires a little more research than a web-scrape. I have built these lists myself and here are the percentages I expect: Name/Phone/Address/City = 100% Website = 99% (about 10-15% of these businesses will use their facebook profile as their web site...this is OK for the web site if they don't have a real web site) Facebook Use/Likes = 95% Business Email = 50% (some businesses may use a web form only or facebook messaging instead of an email...this is OK, too, just indicate on the spreadsheet) General Manager/Owner = 80% (to find this information, I often have to search for recent local newspaper articles by searching google for "<<business name>> <<city>> owner") If you cannot match or exceed my percentages, I am unable to work with you. I am currently doing this myself and need to increase the size of our list. I will be calling on and going into each of these businesses personally, not emailing them. If I find many errors, I won't be able to work with you any more. Nothing is less professional than stopping by and asking to meet "John" and they ask "who is that?". I would like to start with a small test of your abilities. Find me at least 50 businesses in Holland, Zeeland, Saugatuck and/or Douglas in the state of Michigan in the United States (or surrounding 10 miles). I task must be completed within one week of hiring. If I am satisfied with your work, I will have regular projects as we expend to new business types and expand our geographic area and I will pay an hourly rate or much higher rate for more names. But, I need to know you can and will do a solid job and a fast job. Remember, I have done this myself for other lists. I understand it is more time consuming than your average web scrape and will pay appropriately. Please, to let me know that you actually read and understood this project, write the phrase "I love this" at the beginning of your proposal. Unfortunately, many freelancers don't read, they just bid randomly.
