We are looking for an entry-level, driven individual to work as a Administrative secretary and also provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone and he or she must be able to perform task while also ensuring accuracy of data entry and documentation. This position is a temporary 3 months probation position period and can be made permanent after a review of the employee performance for the said period of 3-months while working 24-30 hours per week within standard business hours. Pay rate $18+/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic administrative duties

Assist with New Employee Orientation every two weeks

Complete I9 verification process for new employees

Scanning and copying required documents as needed

All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualification:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Capability to work one 8-hour day every two weeks to assist with New Employee Orientation

Ability to learn and listen.

Proficient with operating standard office machines

Consistently perform tasks with high attention to detail

Good verbal and written communication skills.
