1000 Database Entries in Excel from a Website_

DATA ENTRY JOB It's easy work for anyone familiar with the internet and Excel. Most of it is simple copy and paste work with some web searching involved. My budget is tight so I'll accept bids of £60 (Aprox $97) or less for someone to do 1000 entries in my Excel spreadsheet. I need someone to go through djdownload which has an A-Z list of record labels in certain styles / genres. There are a number of columns which need filling out in excel from details you can get on that site. There are also a few other columns for each entry where a little Google research / web search will be required. I need you to find out if each record label entry has a website, a soundcloud page and also myspace page? If so I need the links for all 3 entered in. One very important column I have is email address. Normally record labels will list 2 email addresses on their websites. One is for general contact which I'm not too interested in but I'd like this filled regardless. The other is for artists to send demo's to them, this is the email address I am most interested in for my database. There are 6 columns I need filling out for each record label entry in the database: • Label Title Name Of Record Label / Title Now here I want the exact company title. The list your working from is from [login to view URL] but they don't always list the exact company name of a record label. For instance the Label "Armada Music" may only be listed there as "Armada" With a little searching on Google you will find the correct name for the label. I also want the label name entered in Title Case please but to be honest you can easily copy and paste this from the djdownload list anyway. • DJ Download Link Link to [login to view URL] page for the label. This A-Z list you will be working from will have a clickable link for a specific djdownload page for the label. I need this link for each record label entry. • Web Address Website Link For Record Label - Sometimes djdownload has it already so it's a simple copy and paste job. Otherwise I need you to search Google for a link to the record labels website. Basically if the record label has a website I want the link. • Demo Email Address This is the most important field I need filled out. Obviously you'll find this on the record labels website, usually on the contact page. However some smaller labels don't have a website just a myspace page. So seek it there if you cant find a website. An example of one such email address is: • Contact Email Address An example of one such email address is: This is just the general contact email address for the label. • MySpace Page Link to MySpace page if there is any for the label. If there is not one then please enter "N/A' into this field. • Sound Cloud Page Link to soundcloud page if there is any for the label. If you don't know what soundcloud is take a quick look [login to view URL] its exactly the same as searching myspace so if you can do that you can do this easy. Again if there is not a soundcloud page for the label just enter "N/A" into this column. There may be 2 successful applicants in this job as there are separate genres I want doing. Successful applicants may get further work doing the same thing if I feel they have done the job correctly. I don't want this job rushed, rather I want it done properly. It is an easy job but I do have a tight budget so I cant offer much pay. Hence the bidders price is a factor here. I would say payment of up to £60 is reasonable for 1000 entries. Now I did say I don't want this project rushed but I do have a deadline for this work and that deadline is 2 months.
